STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN USAHA KECIL DALAM MENINGKATKAN PENDAPATAN PEDAGANG KELAPA MUDA (Cocos Nucifera L) (Studi Kasus : Kecamatan Medan Kota, Kelurahan Teladan Barat)

This study aims to determine the Small Business Development Strategy in Increasing Income of Young Coconut Traders (Cocos Nucifera L) (Case Study: Medan Kota District, Teladan Barat Village). Theobjectives this were: (1) income earned from small coconut traders inMedan City, Village. (2) is strategy for developing young coconutsmall research was conducted October-november2019. In samples were taken based on criteria, namely only entrepreneurs who hadyoung ice-based businesses a population 24 entrepreneurs, 17 entrepreneurs.This method descriptive with primary data sources obtained distributingquestionnaires respondents. The results study: From researcher's calculationson Ice business an R / C ratio 1.35 more than one. Rp.103,000, - average total Rp. 390,000, divided by cost sales process 287,000. Based development strategies,it strategic choice made sub-district, western exemplary villageto seize market opportunities.
